Identifies and explains 3-4-tools, techniques, and/or strategies covered in the course (textbook, lecture, or reading materials) that could be used to address the operational issue
Proposes 3-4-well-researched solutions to address the selected operational issue and explains some of the possible second and third-order effects associated with the solutions. Links solutions to the root causes
Explains how at least one supply chain or inventory management concept covered in Module 7 (textbook, lecture, or reading) might be useful in addressing the issue and/or improving the quality of care
Briefly, addresses (1-2 paragraphs) ways to overcome resistance to needed change and the leadership skills required to obtain system-wide “buy-in” and cultural change in a healthcare organization
Include an introduction, a body with at least two fully developed paragraphs, and a conclusion.
Be clear and well-written. Use excellent grammar and style techniques. Be concise. Be logical. You are being graded in part on the quality of your writing.
Be supported using a minimum of six scholarly sources, of which at least three must be from peer-reviewed research studies.
