The Implementation Plan has six key elements that represent a concept in health care. Each element has at least one competency to demonstrate, some have more than one. To successfully demonstrate the competency, you must make the theory-to-practice connections in the draft.
Read project outline (attached). Respond and give suggestions and feedback to each of your group members. In your critique, you can ask these questions to frame your feedback:
1. Is the key element /concept briefly defined or explained? Will the reader have a context?
2. Is there a bulleted statement of affect or impact on this key element related to the proposed change?
3. Is there a plan with actions to mitigate barriers and/or leverage for moving change?
4. Does the outline demonstrate the associated competency?
5. Is the change theory part of the plan?
