In HW2 you completed a business impact analysis (BIA) of a fictitious company. The next step is to perform a risk assessment for the same firm. The BIA allowed for you to identify critical business processes and the potential impact of a disruption to those processes.
Risk management is a part of the overall business continuity and disaster recovery processes. Risk management plans are developed after a comprehensive risk assessment and require active management involvement. Management’s involvement ensures that the effective risk controls can be identified and implemented successfully.

Use the template for the large group (doc file). The template is also attached in case you are unable to download it.
Using the incorrect template will result in a 50 percent penalty.
